The
Valley offers great opportunities for first time home buyers.
Lenders are familiar with various programs that limit the “cash”
outlay for buyers and helpful for first time buyers. As your
professional Realtor, I am here to help you. Outlined below are
“The Steps to Home Ownership “ which will begin to familiarize
you with the home buying process.
The
Steps to Home Ownership
First, I want to do is get to know you and find out about your
dream home. When we have identified your needs I will search the
market for homes that meet your criterion. Then we can take a
tour and further identify specific elements you are looking for
in a home. I want you to be comfortable with me and know that I
work for you. It is my job and goal to make sure you are happy
and satisfied with your new home choice.
Pre-Qualifying For a Home Loan
As your Realtor, I can connect you with a selection of proven
lenders. If you have already met with a lender and feel
comfortable with the lender that poses no problem as I can work
with you on any level.
Credit
Of course your credit report determines the amount and interest
rate of your home loan. You will want a lender to review your
report and counsel you on the preparing the loan documents.
Since I work with many lenders I can assist you in obtaining any
additional information you need in this regard. I will help you
with creative solutions and support you during this process.
Lender's Letter
Once you have determined the area, price range, and type of real
estate you wish to buy, you will need to be prepared with a
lender's pre-qualifying letter. This means the lender has
reviewed your credit worthiness, income and money necessary to
close the loan. You are ready to buy. This letter accompanies
the offer to buy a home. This letter notifies the Sellers that
your offer is serious. Regardless of what is required, I am here
to help you.
Let's Look At Some Homes - Search The Listings
I provide you with the most sophisticated and simplified home
search available, the Multiple Listing database MLS. Here, you
will can see photos, descriptions, and prices of homes that meet
your search criteria. I encourage you to browse and dream a

Leave The Driving To Me
Let’s get started and visit the homes that meet your search
criteria. I will arrange schedules with buyers to optimize the
time we have to review homes. Daylight hours are always best.
You
Have the Contract!
Now it’s time for home, termite, or security system inspections.
These will need to be done in a timely fashion so you are fully
apprised of the condition and status of your potential new home.
I will provide you with a list of inspectors with whom I am
confident or you can use those of you choice. Any defects or
irregularities found in the home will be written for the seller
to address prior to settlement.
